1. Introduction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
This period runs from the day on which:
- you, or
- a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

3. Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- It must be in its original condition, unused.
- The returned item must include its original packaging and accessories.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Personal care products (cosmetics, etc.)
- Hygiene items
5. Return Procedure
To make a return, please contact us at contact@manchester-bazaar.com specifying:
- Your order number
- The items you wish to return
We will then provide you with the return address (please note the return address is located in Asia) to which you should send your parcel.
6. Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item or proof of return shipment (receipt):
- We will inspect the return request;
- We will inform you of the successful receipt of the item or return proof;
- We will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund.
If accepted, the refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the return deposit proof, to the original payment method used at the time of the order (Visa, Mastercard). The time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on banking processing times, generally within 5 business days.
